    After 3:00 p.m.
    • Hotel check-in, pick up T-shirts, itineraries

    Gathering Dinner: 6:00-9:00 p.m.
    • The Ballroom in the Hotel

  • Saturday, August 2

    Family Breakfast: 7:30-9:30 a.m.
    • Full Buffet in The Ballroom

    Saturday Morning Activities
    • 8 a.m. Golf at Worcester Golf Club; shotgun start
    • 8:30a.m.- 9:15a.m. Family Yoga in the Ballroom

    Lunch/Picnic: 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
    • Picnic Lunch at Limerick Community Park
    • 12:15pm Assemble for Family Picture

    Free Time: 2:00-4:15 p.m.
    • Swimming and Activities available at Hotel

    Buses to Dinner Venue: 4:30 p.m.
    • Meet in Hotel Lobby for Bus transportation to La Massaria Restaurant at Bella Vista Golf Course

    Dinner: 5:15-10:30 p.m.
    • La Massaria at Bella Vista Golf Course
    • The bus will make multiple return runs beginning at approximately 8:30 p.m.

    Family Breakfast / Kenney Goodbye: 8:00-10:00 a.m.
